NephroPlus Philippines, Inc. continues to expand access to quality dialysis care with the opening of three new dialysis centers – two in the Visayas and Mindanao and one in Quezon City. This brings its nationwide total to 53, including eight outside Luzon.
The expansion forms part of NephroPlus’ strategic efforts to bring safe, accessible, and patient-centered hemodialysis services in both established urban areas and underserved communities, where many patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) face challenges accessing regular treatment.
Expanding Access Where It Matters
For patients undergoing regular hemodialysis, having a facility closer to home can reduce the physical, financial, and emotional burden of frequent travel. Through its growing network and partnerships, NephroPlus is bringing reliable dialysis care closer to patients while helping address local healthcare needs.
The newly opened centers are located in Abuyog, Leyte, in the Visayas, and Davao City, in Mindanao. Other centers are located in Cadiz City and Bacolod City, Negros Occidental; Calapan, Oriental Mindoro; Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay; Cagayan de Oro; and Zamboanga City. With eight centers now serving patients across these regions, the expansion strengthens NephroPlus’ ability to address the growing need for reliable dialysis care and bring treatment closer to patient’s homes and communities.
In Metro Manila, NephroPlus has also opened a new dialysis center at Villarosa Hospital in Quezon City. The hospital-based facility gives patients in the city and nearby communities greater access to hemodialysis service.
