Spanish hospitality company Palladium Hotel Group has signed its first two properties in Vietnam under its Bless Collection Hotels brand and established a new Asia-Pacific headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City. The move marks the group’s formal entry into Southeast Asia, with a resort redevelopment near Nha Trang and a heritage hotel conversion in Hanoi anchoring the expansion.

Palladium Hotel Group, a Spanish hospitality operator, has signed agreements for two properties in Vietnam, marking its entry into the Southeast Asian market. The group has partnered with Conasi Property Management and Development Corporation to redevelop L’Alya Ninh Van Bay, an existing resort north of Nha Trang, into Bless L’Ayla Ninh Van Bay. The all-villa property will add 54 villas as part of its refurbishment and is scheduled to open in mid-2027. Palladium acquired the property in July 2026 and will operate it on a white-label basis until renovations are complete.
Hanoi Heritage Conversion
The group’s second Vietnam project involves the Hòa Bình Hotel in central Hanoi, a century-old property Palladium will convert into a five-star hotel under the Bless Collection Hotels brand, with reopening planned for 2028. The hotel sits within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and the Opera House. The redevelopment is being carried out in partnership with Hanoitourist, the city’s primary tourism and heritage stakeholder, and will prioritize preserving the building’s historic architecture while integrating contemporary design elements drawn from Vietnamese culture.
Both properties introduce the Bless Collection Hotels brand to Vietnam for the first time, positioning it around design, gastronomy and destination-led experiences. The Ninh Van Bay project also marks the brand’s debut in Southeast Asia as a whole.
Regional Ambitions
Alongside the two hotel signings, Palladium has established a new Asia-Pacific regional headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City to oversee business development, operations and future expansion across the region. Jesús Sobrino, chief executive officer of Palladium Hotel Group, said Vietnam was chosen deliberately for the group’s Asia entry, citing the market’s growth and a shift in traveler demand toward distinctiveness and experience over scale.
Internationally, Bless Collection Hotels currently operates properties in Madrid and Ibiza, with further openings planned in Barcelona and Milan.
